PrimeMovers is a firm of experienced, successful, collaborative negotiation practitioners. We deliver results through strategic advice, training, coaching, and mediation in collaboration and conflict management.

We are a spin-off of the Harvard Negotiation Project. Our advisory and training models and materials are those we helped create as members of the Harvard Negotiation Project and as principals of its spin-off consulting firms with our late mentors and business partners Roger Fisher and Howard Raiffa.

For over 40 years…

We have focused on the healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing and management consulting industries. Our members have served on the faculties of several prominent universities such as Harvard, Uppsala, and London School of Economics. They also provide pro bono mediation, advisory, and training services to Public Interest, Not-for-Profit, and Religious Organizations such as the United Nations; Mercy Corps; African National Congress; Republic of South Africa; Norwegian People’s Aid; the Justice, Peace, and Reconciliation Committee of the Episcopal Church of Sudan; the Dominican Republic; and The Duke Center for International Development. Since the 1980s we have trained thousands of professionals, advised hundreds negotiation teams, and mediated scores of controversies world-wide.

The Mission team with PrimeMovers as its negotiation expert probably saved the government at least a billion dollars over the life of the contract.
